Significantly Higher Pregnancy Outcomes With Patient-preferred Administration1

 

Crinone 8% is more effective than historical controls

 

As reported by 16 centers in this trial, Crinone 8% demonstrated significantly higher clinical pregnancy rates in women undergoing IVF and donor egg cycles when compared with last data reported by SART from the same centers.

Study design: A multicenter study of 1287 women receiving Crinone 8% for IVF, donor egg, or IUI cycles. Treatment was initiated as per each center’s routine. Results were compared with historical controls. Patient acceptance was assessed by questionnaires completed by patients at the end of treatment.
