Study design: Results of a prospective, randomized study of 214 women who underwent IUI for unexplained infertility. All patients received gonadotropins. Starting 2 days after IUI, the treatment group received Crinone (90 mg) and continued, in the case of pregnancy, through week 10. The control group did not receive progesterone for luteal phase support. |
