Pregnancy Rates Significantly Greater Than Oral Progesterone and Comparable to IM Progesterone1

 

Study design: Results of a randomized, prospective trial of 60 women receiving progesterone for IVF-ET. Starting 1 day prior to embryo transfer, patients received Crinone 8% (90 mg QD), oral progesterone (400 mg QD), or IM progesterone (50 mg QD).
